Danfoss Universe introduces a new ticket system
In the early summer of 2009, Danfoss Universe is the first in Europe who introduces a new ticket system which uses biometrics for admission control.
In practice, this new system means that our guests in connection with the registration of their tickets also scan their fingerprints on a finger scanner. With help of the biometry of the finger, we can create a code, which together with the ticket is memorized. The rest of the day, the guest can leave and enter the park as often as he or she likes.
This technology is also used for our annual card, which is now has a fingerprint instead of a photo.
The system, which Danfoss Universe introduces in Europe, has been in use for many years at Walt Disney World in Florida
