Experience an 18-metre high geyser spring. Freeze your way through the narrow, crooked glacier and experience lightning and thunder close up.
Close encounters with nature's forces await you in the Blue Cube.
A circular walkway connects the cube’s three levels where you’ll have the opportunity to be awed by nature’s most catastrophic threats and fantastic scenes of beauty.
The Blue Cube is 23x23x22 metres and stands as a lovely focal point inside the park.
Water trickles down the side to create an aquatic facade, and the sun reflects elegantly off the surface of the structure.
The cube was originally the Icelandic Pavilion from the World exhibition 2000 in Hannover, Germany.
Did you know that 60 m³ of water run down the cube on a daily basis? That corresponds to 450,000 cups of water per hour!
